Oh yes, our new routine with Sophie had turned her into a night sleeping machine. We were delighted.

As previously mentioned, Sophie was always a great sleeper.
For the first nine weeks of her life, it was pretty simple. She’d sleep a lot throughout the day, as long as she was on the chest of either Fay or me, then, when it got to between ten or eleven pm, she would feed, fall asleep at the breast and, after we’d left her to sleep on Fay for around half an hour, we’d put her down in the cot, and she’d sleep through until between five and six am.… Read the rest
